Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 29, 2026
AllergyTracker ("we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the AllergyTracker mobile application collects, how it is used and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
AllergyTracker is built to keep your health data on your device. The symptoms, triggers, severity ratings, notes and photos you log are stored locally on your phone. We may collect limited, anonymized usage and diagnostic data to improve the app, and your approximate location is used only to fetch local air quality, pollen and weather information.
How we use your information
Your health entries are used to power your personal insights, trends and reports inside the app. Anonymized usage data helps us understand how the app is used so we can fix issues and improve features. Location data is used solely to retrieve relevant environmental conditions and is not stored on our servers.
Data storage and security
Your symptom history is stored on your device. Where optional cloud features are enabled, data is transmitted over encrypted connections. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal data and we never use your health information for advertising. We may share anonymized, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you. We use trusted third-party providers for environmental data and basic analytics, and we may disclose information if required by law.
Your rights and choices
You are in control of your data. You can export or permanently delete your information at any time from within the app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct or restrict the processing of your personal data.
Children's privacy
AllergyTracker is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the app.
