These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AllergyTracker mobile application. By downloading or using the app you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using AllergyTracker you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the app on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Use of the app
AllergyTracker is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to help you log symptoms and understand your allergies. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its operation, reverse engineer it, or use it in any unlawful way.
Health disclaimer
AllergyTracker is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The insights and reports are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition, and never disregard professional advice because of something you read in the app.
Subscriptions and payments
Some features are available through an optional paid subscription. Payments are processed by the app store on your device, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings.
Intellectual property
AllergyTracker and all related content, trademarks and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllergyTracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
